Frontier Conference Announces Strategic Partnership with WinWon to Revolutionize Conference Operations

HELENA, Mont. – The Frontier Conference is proud to announce an innovative partnership with WinWon, a best-in-class sports technology company. This groundbreaking collaboration will equip all conference member schools with an unparalleled platform, the WinWon Conference Portal, designed to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and create a unified digital ecosystem for coaches, athletic directors, and student-athletes alike.

The WinWon Conference Portal will be utilized by every athletic director and head coach across the Frontier Conference, as well as the thousands of athletes who compete under its banner.

Alex Hanley, CEO of WinWon, emphasized the innovation behind the partnership:
“Our team has created a resource that is truly the first of its kind. We are thrilled to extend the time-saving technology we have developed for individual campuses to the entire Frontier.”

“I am deeply appreciative of the collaboration with WinWon and excited to get Frontier athletic departments engaged with these time-saving features in the WinWon Conference Portal,” said Scott Crawford, Commissioner of the Frontier Conference. “This partnership will increase efficiency for staff and provide student-athletes an improved signing day experience using the most current technology to signify their institutional commitment.”

Sarah Yu, CTO of WinWon, adds, “This partnership introduces cutting-edge technology tailored to the specific needs of NAIA athletic programs, underscoring the Frontier Conference's and WinWon’s deep commitment to innovation and excellence.”

“We’re excited to be the first NAIA conference to partner with WinWon on this Conference Portal and look forward to providing this platform for our athletics department staff. The opportunities to streamline processes, create efficiencies and modernize what our institutions do are endless,” shared Les Cook, Chancellor at Montana Technological University and Chair of the Frontier Conference Council of Presidents and Chancellors.

One of the cornerstone features of the WinWon Conference Platform is its e-signing capabilities. This robust system allows for seamless creation, sending, signing, and secure storage of documents. By automating these processes, the platform empowers athletic directors, coaches, and recruits to focus on what truly matters—building relationships and fostering success on and off the field.

This partnership marks the beginning of an exciting new era for the Frontier Conference. The conference will expand from six full member institutions in Montana to twelve institutions across Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota in 2025-2026. The WinWon Conference Portal will play a pivotal role in supporting this growth. With its ability to adapt and scale, the WinWon Conference Portal ensures that the Frontier Conference will remain at the forefront of collegiate athletics innovation.  The Frontier Conference also has five football per-sport affiliate members in Arizona, California, Idaho, and Oregon who will use the WinWon Conference Portal for matters pertaining to football.
