I have never been a part of a product development like this one, and I cannot imagine that it could possibly have gone more smoothly. At every meeting, we’ve had an opportunity to provide input and ask questions, and we have always been asked “What can we do to make this software work better for you?” I am anxious to be able to use the product to streamline the eligibility process and anticipate saving a LOT of time doing my document preparation from now on.
