Sophie Suechting

Sophie was an avid athlete in high school, but truly found her athletic passion when she walked-on to the Colby College crew team. She quickly found success ending her collegiate career as a two-year team captain and two-time All-American selection. Sophie continued her athletic journey when she joined the rowing coaching staff at Colby, where she spent three years working with both the men’s and women’s teams. Her firsthand experience coaching in an environment that did not have access to modern technology to manage athletes and recruits inspired her to join WinWon and drive change. Today, Sophie is a member of a women’s gravel cycling team and is an avid trail runner.
