Austin McNicholas

Austin’s passion for both sports and technology started early, while he was growing up in Austin, Texas. While deeply involved in athletics, he cultivated a passion for tech that would shape his future career. With over two decades of experience playing and coaching baseball, Austin’s journey began on the field at the University of Texas at Austin before transferring to Louisiana State University in Shreveport, where he thrived as an NAIA athlete.

His impressive achievements include being named an NAIA Honorable Mention All-American, RRAC Baseball Player of the Year, and RRAC Newcomer of the Year. After his professional playing career, Austin transitioned into coaching, taking on the role of Director of Baseball Operations at his alma mater, LSU Shreveport, where he made an impact in shaping future athletes. Now, Austin brings his competitive drive and unique insight to WinWon, where his combined passion for sports and technology fuels his work.
